Lord
I am finding
with every mountain I climb
there is but one summit
That thin line
upon the heights
where Heaven and Earth meet
It is all
a single
earned
confession
I am not god
I am human
Blessed
Invited
to love
and receive
in ways
more generous
than before
Look
another mountain
rises before me
I’m learning now
to stop romanticizing
and start enjoying
the path beneath
One step
then another
